Our Mission

Small business owners need an experienced IT resource that they can trust. We will use our knowledge of technology to educate and to guide your decisions not to confuse or intimidate you. Businesses will sometimes ask an existing employee to "wear 2 hats" and be responsible for IT support while still being expected to produce the same results at their "real" job. There is no reason to take this risk! Your computer infrastructure is critically important and must be efficient and productive.

We work on an as-needed hourly basis so you pay only for the help you require. This type of service is our ONLY product. We don't compromise our integrity by trying to sell you equipment assembled in the basement in order to be profitable. We recommend only top quality products and guide you in sourcing and procuring these products yourself. We will then perform the installation and deployment of the hardware and software and provide for ongoing support.

We can analyze your existing IT infrastructure for efficiency and security. We will organize backup systems and disaster recovery, select and configure cost effective Internet connections, verify anti-virus and anti-spyware protection, establish secure wireless connections, evaluate existing network for bottlenecks and install new cable and network switch equipment as needed. We can also act as your technology representative in dealings with software, telecom or equipment vendors to ensure you're getting the right solution at the right price.
