Amador IT Consulting is an Information Technology consulting group that provides our clients with low cost high quality solutions to IT challenges. Amador IT is operated by our Principle Consultant, Jeff Woodward. Jeff has 30 years of experience in the IT and data processing environment working for system integration firms, end user coprorations and as an independent consultant. His experience runs the gamut from small PC systems through minicomputers to large scale IBM System/370 mainframes.

Jeff was present at the announcement of the first IBM PC in 1981 that changed the world of computing forever. He has been technically involved in Local Area Networks and data communication since 1984 with products from Novell, IBM, Digital, Microsoft and Corvus Systems. Jeff has an extensive background providing training to corporate users.

Beginning in 1991, Jeff began providing technology consulting services directly to small and medium sized businesses and has relished the opportunity to structure his service offering in the way he feels is most beneficial to his clients. He strongly believes that small business people and their employees do not wish to be technology experts but are required nevertheless to rely on technology in their everyday business lives. As most small business owners and operators cannot justify dedicated IT support in the form of a full time employee, a business opportunity exists for a consulting agency that truly acts as an honest and ethical IT resource. This is the philosophy of the Amador IT Consulting group.

Amador IT Consulting derives it's name from the Amador Causeway that connects three small islands off the coast of Panama City to each other and the mainland. It was built from stone that was excavated in the construction of the Panama Canal. We provide such rock solid connections to help for your information services needs.
